The PermaClickTM system in GREEN FLOORMAX has been developed especially by flooring industries, Luxembourg. Their years of research combined with green's extensive knowledge of the usage conditions specific to India, has made PERMACLICKTM the most advanced flooring interlocking system available. The click system gives GREEN FLOORMAX an unmatched quality and finish. What's more it makes the installation process very easy.
GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING comes with max shield - a unique scratch resistant protection technology that shields it against wear and tear. This specially-engineered surface coating makes Floorings manifold stronger and resistant to surface scratches.
GREEN FLOORMAX is engineered with sonic sponge - an advanced technology that allows the sound absorbent backing layer to reduce sound transmission and produce only a solid and pleasant sound underfoot.
The high density fiberboard at the core of GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING makes them sturdier and more durable than any other flooring alternative. More so, Greenply manufactures the highest quality fiberboard in-house at the same manufacturing location as GREEN FLOORMAX, ensuring very stringent quality parameters for the base core.
Our surface protection technology ensures dust doesn't cling to your floor while our unique interlocking system PERMACLICKTM binds the planks perfectly, allowing absolutely no room for dust accumulation and water spillage.
Unlike many Floorings, GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING
do not have beveled edges or a v-groove, rather a 90 degree edge between two planks.
Due to imperfections in the manufacturing process of unlicensed interlocking systems made by other manufacturers, two adjoining wood planks do not sit level but are at different heights. This results in the edge of one plank being higher than that of its adjoining plank (fig. 1).
In such a situation, a 90-degree angle results in a very sharp edge, creating a risk of injury when walking barefoot or a risk of tripping. To overcome this imperfection of the profile, the edges are beveled or shaped in a v-groove to provide a gentler angle between the planks (fig. 2).
The process of beveling or v-grooving involves trimming of each 90-degree edge, resulting in the removal of the high-abrasive resistant layer and the decorative design layer which exposes the inner hdf core of the flooring (fig. 3). Since the protective layers get removed, this makes the hdf core highly susceptible to water ingress as well as accumulation of dirt.
Due to the unique PERMACLICKTM interlocking system of GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING, the edges are always level. There are no surface imperfections or edges sticking out. This means GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING have 90-degree edges that are safe, locked together with no portion of inner hdf core exposed. As a result, the floor is highly resistant to water ingress and dust accumulation.
GREEN FLOORMAX FLOORING has a unique angle snap method of layout that fits the planks together at a 90-degree angle for a perfect seamless finish. The tensile strength of the click system seals off the floor with an airtight finish that doesn't let liquid seep in and provides superior protection against moisture. As a result, our floors are more durable with minimal wear and tear.
Our Laminate flooring - GREEN FLOORMAX plus, the ac4 grade Flooring range, is high abrasion resistant with a thicker surface protection layer. It is an ideal choice for commercial spaces like offices, retail stores and hotels. The great thing is that these floors don't require a long and tedious process of installation unlike traditional materials like marble and tile. They also work out to be more cost-effective.
What's more, these Floorings can be laid over nearly every subfloor
(be it concrete, stone, vinyl or ceramic) as long as it is level, clean, and dry.
Oh and if you're planning to shift shop,
you can always remove the planks and take the floor with you.
